1. Introduction

Welcome to Tugs & Tails! By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the use of our services, including custom dog treats and event planning. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Tugs & Tails offers:

  • Custom Dog Treats: Gourmet, individually packaged treats tailored with custom branding or event themes.​

  • Event Planning: Full-service event coordination, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless experience.​

  • Dog-Friendly Activities: Engaging activities like costume contests, dog-safe art stations, photo booths, and more.​

  • Vendor Coordination: Collaboration with trusted pet-focused vendors to enhance your event.

  • Dog Bar: A stylish setup serving dog-friendly mocktails for a premium experience.​

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation

To secure our services, a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event fee are required. This deposit confirms your booking and initiates the planning process.

3.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit Card

  • Bank Transfer

  • PayPal

Please note that any transaction fees associated with these methods are the responsibility of the client.

3.3 Late Payments

A late fee of $50 will be applied to overdue balances. If the balance remains unpaid 7 days after the event date, additional charges may apply.

3.4 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Credit Card

  • Bank Transfer

  • PayPal

Please ensure that all payments are made promptly to avoid any disruptions to your event.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 30 days before the event: A refund of 50% of the total fee will be issued.

  • Within 30 days of the event: The deposit is non-refundable, and no additional refunds will be provided.

4.2 Tugs & Tails-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4.3 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

4.4 Vendor Cancellations

If any third-party vendors cancel their services, we will make reasonable efforts to secure alternative arrangements. However, we are not liable for any additional costs incurred due to such cancellations.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Provide accurate details about your event, pets, and any special requirements.​

  • Pet Health: Ensure all pets are in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations.​

  • Supervision: While we provide services, clients are responsible for supervising their pets during events.​

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Limitation of Liability: Tugs & Tails is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during events, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.​

  • Insurance: We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services. Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance for additional protection.​

7. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tugs & Tails, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their negligence or misconduct.​

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Arizona.​
